#BoycottShutterstock: More than 2 % of images disappeared
Two weeks ago, Shutterstock released a new commission structure which made a lot of photographers mad. And there was a reason for that. Even though some mistakenly estimated 75% drop (to almost 25 %), I was expecting around 25-35 % for majority of small and middle photographers. Shutterstock commission cut: What can we expect?
Few days ago, Shutterstock microstock agency introduced a new commission structure which looks totally horrible. It has caused an extreme fury and despair among photographers especially because of resetting the achieved level every year on January 1.
